1/ Command :

• PL2C

2/ Description : This tool automatically extends a rectangular plate and drills two holes from a specified starting edge.

• Function: It creates a rectangular extension with two circular holes positioned symmetrically based on the corner offsets.

• Context: This is useful for quickly drawing mounting tabs or connection plates where standard hole spacing relative to the corners is required.

• Compatibility: This is a dedicated CADian Lisp tool and works only within CADian.

3/ How to Use :

1. Type pl2c in the command line and press Enter.

2. Click the Start Point of the plate (use Object Snap for precision).

3. Click a point to define the Direction of the extension.

4. Enter the distance from the Short Edge Corner to the Hole Center.

5. Enter the distance from the Long Edge Corner to the Hole Center.

6. The plate extension with two holes is automatically generated.
