• SRING2

2/ Description :
This tool automatically draws a snap ring (retaining ring) groove inside a bore (hole) based on the hole's diameter.

• Automation: Generates the standard groove geometry for an internal snap ring.

• Standards: Automatically　selects the correct groove dimensions matching the hole diameter defined by the user's input points.

3/ How to Use :

1. Type sring2 in the command line and press Enter.

2. Click Point 1 (One side of the hole diameter).

3. Click Point 2 (The opposite side of the hole diameter, defining the width).

4. Click Point 3 (The direction where the groove should be drawn).

5. The correct internal snap ring groove is drawn automatically.
