I have sent in a requisition form for re-issue of authorization code for the software quoted above to help@cadian.com. I have installed the software on a new computer now after a period of non-use on account of the total absence of support from the local re-seller (ADROITEC, Chennai, INDIA). Please guide me with regard to who now provides local support for the users of your products in Chennai, India. Also, I would like to know if I am entitled to any free upgrade or patch to update the version of CADianARCH Commercial 2004B that I have now.
