When working on an estimate, I'm figuring out a solution as the DIST command doesn't work in multiples like in CAD. After drawing multiple lines and using the TOTALLENGTH command by selecting the objects, it indicates that it's an invalid object. Is there any alternative method?

The request for the DIST command to support multiples has already been reported to the research lab.
Regarding the TOTALLENGTH function you inquired about, it should work correctly if you draw multiple lines, decompose them, and then use the function.
