Thank you for asking.
The symptom occasionally occurs, and it's not clear under which circumstances it happens.
Could you please let me know if there is a specific command that triggers this issue?
If you have any custom shortcuts, back them up, then close CADian.
After restarting, click on the "Reset to Default" option under the CADian launch icon.
This should restore normal functionally.
If you happen to identify the command causing the issue, please share the details via email.
