I have enabled only endpoint, midpoint, and center snap options, but midpoint and center snaps require zooming in until they are picked up.

Is there any other way besides zooming in to select them?

Usually, it's typical for selection to occur when you're near endpoints, similar to how it's happening. When you type "op" in the command line, an options window appears. Please navigate to the "Settings" tab and try enlarging the crosshair. If there's still no change, please contact our technical support team for further assistance.
