Thank you for asking.
Please try reinstalling the latest version. If you purchased version 2023, you can upgrade to version 2024 for free.
Before reinstalling, if you've made any modification s to shortcuts, you can back them up by going to "Express" at the top of the CAD interface, then selecting "Tools" > "Command Aliases Editor", where you can export and import them.
