Thank you for asking.
This symptom may occur if the graphic mode in the bottom right status bar is set to the second from the right (Open GL) as shown below. Please check once and, if not, press it (three modes are cycled) to switch to Open GL mode. If the same symptom persists, contact us for further assistance.
